Platform use
The Art Bucks connects artists, buyers and collectors. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the services only for legitimate operations related to original art.
Accounts and verification
We may require email, identity, seller profile or payment information verification before enabling sensitive features. Each user is responsible for activity performed from their account.
Artwork publishing
Artists must publish their own works or have sufficient permissions to exhibit and sell them. Artwork details, price, images, availability and declared rights must be complete and accurate.
Purchases, payments and deliveries
Purchases follow the payment, delivery coordination, receipt and dispute flow available in the platform. Funds, fees, refunds and releases may depend on payment providers and anti-fraud validations.
Moderation and suspension
We may pause artworks, restrict accounts or cancel operations when there are signs of fraud, rights infringement, false information, platform abuse or breach of these terms.
